We have tried Mailchimp, Aweber, and a few others and they do not even compare to the power-house that Klaviyo is when it comes to email marketing for ecommerce.

Hiring help can be incredibly difficult when you're experiencing growing pains. You have to hire help to make more money but you have to make more money to hire help... we've been there.
Our virtual assistants from the Philippines are capable of completing any task that can be done online. We find them on OnlineJobs.ph, we have them complete a "test task" and then we hire them! The amazing thing about virtual assistants in the Philippines is that they require far less pay and are just as qualified as American VA's.
The reason you can pay them less (around $4 an hour) is because of the currency difference. $4 USD an hour to them is comparable to a comfortable middle-class salary here in the US.
It's a win-win, you get the help you need while your business grows and you also provide someone with an income to support themselves and their family.
You have a lot of options in the field of freelance work, ranging from fiverr which can get you a gig for as little as $5, to 99designs where you'll pay a premium price for top-rated freelancers.
We typically like to land somewhere in the middle, and we use Upwork.com for many of our freelance needs. The thing that I really like about Upwork, is that you create a job posting and then freelancers apply for your job, supplying their experience, rating, and references. It's incredibly easy to use and you can find the right person for the job fairly quickly.
The prices range from low to high, and we typically try to pay somewhere in the middle. We have never been disappointed with the freelancers we've hired from Upwork so I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs freelance work done!
If you're in the market for a website but have no clue where to even start--start here. The X theme is the theme we use for all of our websites. It's drag-and-drop easy, no coding necessary.
Of course you'll need to get hosting and set up a Wordpress account before you think about the theme, but if you're ready to dive in and customize your site, this is the theme that does it all, easily.
